It is especially important in training the body in aspects of flexibility, muscle control, and strength.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ballet (10+):<\/strong>\u00a0Ballet is characterized by its standardization and rigor. Through the training of \u201copening, stretching, straightening and standing\u201d of the body, children will gradually form a tall, straight, well-proportioned, and perfect posture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dance Rehearsal (10+):\u00a0<\/strong>Dance rehearsal class focuses on artistic ways of expression in dance. We encourage children to participate in dance rehearsal classes and participate in various performances so they can experience the joy of dance.
