The course focuses on developing <strong data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"362\">strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination<\/strong>through fun and safe acrobatic exercises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"715\">Students will learn fundamental acro skills such as bridges, rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, while improving body awareness and control.
