This class focuses on improving posture, turnout, coordination, balance, flexibility, musicality, and overall strength through structured barre work, centre practice, allegro, port de bras, and character dance exercises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"800\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Students will learn more detailed technical skills including pirouette preparation, controlled extensions, jumps, travelling movements, and expressive performance quality.
