By signing to this waiver agreement [FullName] and Star Dance agree to the following terms:
- The participant agrees that their participation in Dance classes is voluntary. Additionally, the participant or parents under behalf of their kids agrees to assume any risk that is associated with participating in the event and releases Star Dance from any and all claims of damage and loss that may be as a result of participation. The release is without limitation and includes the personal injury fees, attorney’s fees, and any other losses that might occur to the participant.
- The participant or parents under behalf of their kids agrees to hold Star Dance harmless against all claims of damage and loss including damage to Star Dance property caused by the participant.
- The participant or parents under the behalf of their kids hereby warrants that they are physically fit and able to participate in Dance classes without any undue risk.
- Star Dance maintains that the right to refuse the participation in dance classes if they foresee that participation would risk damage to any party.
- You must book and prepay for any class/course you wish to attend.
- Once participants or parents under the behalf of their kids have signed up for a course/class, it is participants responsibility to attend all classes which have been paid for at the agreed time. Participants cannot make up for classes missed. Bookings for casual classes and courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Entry to classes closes 15 minutes after the class starts. Participants cannot attend classes above your skill level in any given dance style. In case of doubt, our instructors can advise you as to what is the best level for you. You can attend any class labelled as beginner, open or casual at any time.
- By participating in classes or courses at Star Dance you are doing so with the understanding that photos or footage of the classes, courses or events held at or organised by Star Dance may be used at their discretion.
- This waiver agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any legal claims or lawsuits related to the precipitants in the Dance classes shall take place in courts located in Auckland, New Zealand.
- The participant or parents under the behalf of their kids agrees that this waiver agreement shall remain in full force and take effect without change and that participation in Dance classes is pursuit to the terms of the agreement.
